Levi’s energetic training style is backed by over 10 years of industry experience. He is highly knowledgeable in human anatomy and physiology— while Levi will continually provide new & dynamic fitness challenges, injury prevention is his #1 focus.
His training style is intense, but without intimidation! His fun-loving energy paired with adaptability and professionalism provides the motivation you need to excel.

As a mom of two young children, I know how busy life gets and how hard it can be to fit in an effective workout.With a degree in Kinesiology, 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and a Diploma in Holistic Medicine, as well as almost a decade of personal yoga practice and dabbling in all kinds of exercise, I feel like I’ve finally found what works for me; a HIIT and Yoga infusion.
This program is catered towards busy women and moms who want to regain youthful energy, strength and capability, and see tangible results. Instead of focusing on weight loss, I want you to reimagine fitness as a way to feel vibrant and invigorated from the inside out.
Tom graduated with a degree in Fitness and Personal Training from Southampton University in England in 2011.
This degree covered everything from advanced strength training to working with older adults to special conditions and physical disabilities.
Since then, Tom has completed many additional courses and certifications, including becoming a Corrective Exercise Specialist, through NASM. Finally, Tom received his RMT designation after graduating from The Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2018.
