We blend bodyweight training with Jump rope into our own HIIT Format to perfect your jump rope skills with Jump Rope Fitness. When you're at your cardiovascular max, from our bodyweight training, then add in jump rope. The calories just wash away. Introducing our first 12 week jump rope workout plan. This 12 week workout plan will challenge you. It's all Hiit based workouts with jump rope. We're starting off slow in phase 1 (Weeks 1-4) then it starts ramping up in phases 2 & 3.
30 Day Beginner Jump Rope Training Program
So you want to learn some jump rope tricks? Well, you need to master the basics or walk before you run. Over the course of this 30-day beginner jump rope program, Levi will show you how to do exactly that. A beginner's guide to learning all the jump rope tricks. He will show you the basics from the ground up. Over the course of the next 30 days, you will be able to master the art of jump rope. But no one said it was going to be easy.
