Over the next twelve weeks you will gain access to five full length workouts every week. Each workout will take from 25-40 minutes to complete. These sessions can be spread throughout the week as you wish but my recommendation would be to workout Monday – Friday and take Saturday and Sunday as active rest days.
The length of your rope is determined by 2 factors: your height and experience level. Though your height won’t change throughout this program, your jump rope skills will and therefore the length of your rope will too. As your capacity and proficiency improve you may adjust your rope to a shorter length – the shorter the rope is the faster it moves!
